How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. For custom furniture or large-scale lighting, lead times vary and are specified on each product page.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on most non-furniture items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items cannot be returned.
Do you offer white-glove delivery for furniture?
Yes, most of our furniture pieces are shipped via white-glove delivery, which includes inside placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
How can I care for my Jonathan Adler ceramics?
Most of our high-fired stoneware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing our unglazed porcelain and metallic-accented pieces to preserve their finish.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and item weight.
Can I request fabric swatches before ordering furniture?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary swatches for our upholstery collections to help you choose the perfect texture and color for your space.
