Returns & Exchanges

At Jonathan Adler, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom furniture, direct-ship items, and final sale products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
